Where do you ship from?
We ship within 24-72 hours from High Point, North Carolina.
Do you accept returns/Exchanges?
At this time we are only accepting returns:
- Products must be in their original and respective packaging and returned 7 business days after you receive your item(s).
- A return shipping label and instructions will be provided when your return is approved.
- Once the item(s) for return is received and reviewed, you will receive an email. We will then send you the item you wish to exchange for.

Where do you manufacture?
Our PJs are designed in North Carolina and manufactured in China.
Are your PJs chemical free?
Absolutely! Our products are compliant with all CPSC regulations and OEKO-TEX certified. They are product tested, lead-tested and free of chemicals and flame retardants. We only use natural dyes and absolutely no chemicals in our products.
Care and wash instructions?
Bamboo is a natural fiber and is delicate in nature. It is machine washable as no mom deserves that headache. Please wash in cold to warm water with a gentle detergent and free of bleach. They may also be tumble dried on low heat. Due to the delicate nature of the fabrics you will want to keep them away from zippers, Velcro and other hardware.
