All orders will depart from our warehouse within 2-5 business days to the address provided (this does not include transit time with the carrier). Items may be shipped via USPS or Fedex from our location in High Point, North Carolina. You will receive an email confirmation once your items have been shipped. Returns & Exchanges
At Monkeeroos we hope that you love our products but in the event that you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the items (except for FINAL SALE items) that you purchased from monkeeroos.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Please review our return policy for more information.

CARE AND WASH

All of our apparel is made from our signature Bamboo Viscose. We recommend washing on a cold/gentle cycle inside out. Lay flat to dry for optimal longevity or dry low and cool iron if needed. Follow all care tag instructions. 

Due to the delicate nature of bamboo fabrics, please do NOT wash with other items with zippers, buttons, or hardware. Snagging may occur. Wash separately from towels, cotton, denim and avoid using garment bags as pilling and snags may occur.
